I thought this would be appropriate to upload on Valentine's Day. It's a drawing I promised my friend Ana Aethestic, who played Harley Quinn for me at Janicon for my "Time Warped Wonderland" production.

A little back story on this bizzarre cross over. In the Opening Ceremonies that introduces the scavenger hunt game that takes place during the weekend, it is established that Kefka is working for Carmen Sandiego so he can get his hands on her Chrono Skimmer, so that he can travel through time and destroy the creators of Final Fantasy 7, thus destroying Sepiroth who is guilty of stealing his spot light as the fan favourite Final Fantasy villain of all time.

Harley Quinn gets lost looking for her puddin pop, the Joker, and stumbles across Carmen and Kefka. She instantly falls for Kefka and thinks Carmen must be Kefka's bossy girlfriend because of the way she's ordering him around, and the two naturally don't get along because of this. Carmen has plans for Kefka to focus on helping her take over the con, (and quite possibly the world after that) while Harley just wants him to "Come Play with her".
