Well, I've been working on The comic for the new site. --> [link]
I've decided because my brain is going in 50 diff. directions for where I want to take this comic, and what angles of the various Carmen fandoms/incarnations I want to use to make two comics.. One will be "The VILE Files" which will be the serious adventure/action one that tells the tale of how Carmen grew up as an orphan under ACME's wing, and the other will be what this lil tid bit is from... The "Carmen Stephiego" comic where I the artist/storyteller go batsh- insane and begin to believe I really AM Carmen Sandiego... with the help of a magic hat given to me by my dear friend Jethro. I will also interview various Carmen "Celebrities" such as Rockapella members (I'm working on Sean Altman's now) got an O.K. with June Brigman who did the original Carmen comic for National Geogrphic to do her next, and then other convention guests I hang out with when I work cons. Lisa Ray already did a mock interview with me but we'll do a real one later when we get more time at Realmscon.
Anway, popping this up here because I have been seriously lacking in updates. This happens whenever I'm working on sequential art/comics because I always feel wierd about uploading comics on DA. Upload too many and it clutters up a persons inbox, but upload too few and nobody gets what is going on in the story cause you only got this lil snippet of info about the characters and the scenario. This one I think will be o.k. though (maybe... it's up to you to really) cause it's sort of a stand alone comic (unintentionally) It does connect to other stuff going on, but I'm "hoping" you don't really have to know the whole story to sort of get the joke here.
*Chuckle* That's cute ma'am ^_^ 'specially the first frame

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
